General Surgeon 's  Response
Dear friend,
As you described a lump at your inner thigh, but didn't mention duration. But it may be a simple boil or sebaceous cyst. I would like to know, if is primary or recurrent ? Exact diagnosis not possible without examination. If it is recurrent then may be a sebaceous cyst and you need surgical excision for it, otherwise it will reoccurs. And if it is boil and discharged came out, then it will healed itself.
It's not a dammed emergency. You can wait for healing. If symptom still persist then you can consult nearby surgeon.
