What Causes Pelvic & Abdominal Pain?

An ultra sound doneon abdoman and pelvic. my age is 29 and have pain in lower abdomen and low back. test result says its amildy bulky uterus. size 10.3*4.3*4.7 CM. Ro -30 *19 mm and LO 26 * 24 mm. whats the problem actually. my periods are normal.pain is the issue.
