General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of having sex with boyfriend, condom got stuck which he removed but you still took the Plan-b pill. Now have sharp pains in the stomach, pain in pelvic region, and back. Also have endometriosis. Wants to know whether pregnancy is possible.
Such pains do not occur in pregnancy.
With the history of sex and Plan-B pills the most probable reason appears to be as follows:
- There may be pelvic inflammatory disease.
- Some unrelated intestinal issues like sub-clinical enteritis.
This can be found out by:
- Clinical evaluation by a Doctor and if required a second opinion, internal examination by a Gynecologist.
- Ultrasound of abdomen.
- Tests of blood, urine and stool.
These things will give the most probable diagnosis and a plan of treatment as per the findings.
