What Causes Pelvic Bone Sticking Farther Out From Waist?

My name is Holly. I am a 25 year old female and i have questions about my waist and hips. The top of my pelvis protudes out, then it curves inwards, then my hips curve outwards. The top of my pelvic bone sticks out farther than my waist. I read of something called a violin deformity, but that sounds more like just a tissue or muscle deformity unless I am mistaken. I'd like to know what it is and if I can get it corrected.
