What Causes Pelvic Inflammatory Disease?

hai I am 31 yrs old lady ,I got marrid on the year of 2010 .no children yet .so we consult a doctor 0n 2012 .that time they found my husband semen had pus cells and less spem count only 18 million .pus cells 35-40 PERCENTAGE.so he took doxycylin for 15 day .then cout was 25million .after that not taken treatmet .then now I have right lower abdominal pain around 6 months ,back pain .fainting so my doctor said pid .I took miconozol nitrte vaginal ovules for 14 days.durig that days I feels better ,now still have right lover abd pain and back pain .I am so tensed.what can I do ?.how I got this infection ?I don t have children I want a baby .how my husband got this infection?i am a nurse working in Saudi

I have gone through your question and understand your concerns .
Pelvic infection and semen infection are both sexually acquired and have occurred to both of you from each other.
It should be treated effectively by antibiotics, as it can lead to semen abnormalities and difficulty in conceiving.
Apart from infection, hormonal disturbances can also lead to infertility, and you should get yourself investigated for these and take appropriate treatment timely.
