What Causes Pelvic Muscle Spasms On Being Touched?

Everytime my girlfrind touches near my groin/lower stomach, i feel like i have a muscle spasm in my grion. ive had hernias on either side of my groin since i was born, and im not positive but its almost like its the hernias freaking out and spasming. oddly enough this also happends when she touches the outside of my thighs too. as you could imagine...this is a problem.
