What Causes Pelvic Pain Along With Abdominal Distention And Appetite Loss?
Have had pelvic pain, persistent distended abdomen, lack of appetite, feeling full quickly, unexplained weight gain for a month. Tests so far are all negative: 2 CTs of abdomen with oral and IV contrast, vaginal and external ultrasounds, blood tests, endoscopy and colonoscopy, check x-ray, ekg, and echocardiogram. Still have same symptoms...what next? Gastro? Gyn?
