Hello, I have gone through your query and understood the concern. Your symptoms are suggestive of a possible urethral cause. After menopause, the lining of the vagina as well as the urethra can get thinned out and this can lead to trauma with the slightest pressure. Your history of infection and weight lifting add to this point. Especially, if the uterus is retroverted, this trauma is accentuated as the exposed urethra is more in this situation anatomically. Please take the help of your health care provider. You would need urinalysis and a sonogram of the pelvis to plan further management. Hope this helps.
