What Causes Pelvic Pain And Urinary Incontinence?

Hello, Recently I have been experiencing pelvic pain, heaviness in my vaginal area and urinary incontinence. It feels like a golf ball is at the base of my bladder. It is painful to sit for long periods of time ( my work is in front of a computer for 8 hrs.) I had a complete hysterectomy 15 yrs. ago with several abdominal surgeries, endoscopy of nature. Please advise. Thank you!

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms are probably caused by a urinary tract infection. I will advise you see the doctor for examination and urinalysis. From the test result, objective treatment may be prescribed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
