What Causes Pelvic Pain, Dots On Breast And Dizziness During Menstruation?

Hi , I recently have been bleeding a little but not red its light brown instead my body feels heavy I ve been having sharp pains in my pelvic area & I m really cold & the little dots on my breasts are way more noticeable now & I feel dizzy & light headed sometimes I think I may be pregnant am I ?

I really appreciate your concern. Symptoms you are describing could be due to pregnancy or hormonal imbalance in the body. If you are of reproductive age group and had unprotected intercourse then you should have urine pregnancy test by kit available in the market done to rule out pregnancy.
