What Causes Pelvic Pain Radiating Towards Groin?

I have been suffering from pelvic pain for a few months now and is getting worse. Radiating into my groin. I am also having breast pain. My last menstrual cycle was very light. I am now 2 wks late. I had US done and it says I have an abnormal thickened endometrium and should get a biopsy. Should I be concerned?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it is nothing to loose if you can wait for some time and if this is not comes to normal then it can be investigated further although this could be musculoskeletal condition, for the endometrium thickening this is nothing to worry and no need to go for biopsy, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
