What Causes Pelvic Pain With Pink Blood In Urine After Had Intercourse?

I had rough intercourse a week ago. It was a little painful and I noticed just a little bleeding. I had lots of pelvic pain the following day along with small amounts of light pink blood when I urinated. It seemed to get better the second day. Every day for the past five days, the blood has gotten darker and heavier when I urinate. No spotting like a period though. And I'm not due for a period for another few weeks. Very little to zero discomfort now, just some bleeding when I wipe. Could this be serious?

Hello ma'am and welcome.

The rough sexual act could have resulted in an abrasion or bruise which is slowly healing, but please be informed that this region will be susceptible to infections. Please visit your doctor if you experience any other symptoms like chills, fever, etc.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
