What Causes Pelvic Tenderness And Stomach Bloating?

I have been having pelvic tenderness and stomach bloating doctors cant seem find what wrong, only recently my blood work showed elevated amalase levels 106 and elevated ca125 39, pelvic ultra sounds show nothing. I am worried i have pid or something is wrong with my fallopian tubes, what should i do? should i run more tests? how can i find out whats causing the tendersness and bloating.
