Hi, I am a 18 year old male and just had sex for the first time today my girlfriend, I was a virgin by the way. When I came I noticed a tingling sensation at the tip of my penis I ve never felt. Later the tingling still occurred and I noticed blood at the tip of my penis, I was bleeding from my urethra. What does this mean

As an Urologist, i can understand your anxiety.
Most likely, the blood is from the area around the head of the penis.
It's usual for some people to see bleeding after rough sex,from the area around the penis head, called the frenulum, on the underside of penis.
If the bleeding doesn't stop, rush to see your doctor, or to the ER.
After examination,the source of bleeding will be determined, and further treatment decided.
