I get the call from him in worry that something was wrong I told him to call 911 and go back to hospital. His blood pressure right now is 234/118 .My question is what is or maybe wrong with him? Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It can be benign hyperplasia of prostate. Urine culture and sensitivity can be done. PSA can be done. Spirometry and ultrasound of the prostate can be done. Ultrasound (kidney, ureter, and bladder) should be done. Consult a urologist for examination and opinion.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashok Kumar Dash
