General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Possible issue with inflammation of prostate gland or seminal vesicles most likely. My guidelines at present:
- Avoid masturbation or sex (if active)
- Plenty of liquids
- Cranberry pills or sachets
- Urinary alkaliser as citrosoda or renalka
- Continue antibiotics as started
- Prophylactic antifungal as fluconazole or others
- Control of blood sugar

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
