What Causes Penile Insensitivity After Masturbation?

hello doctor i need serious help. anoit a year ago after masturbating, i lost sensation on the head of my penis. it also lost a little size and color. little bt little i lost all the sensation of my penis, after masturbating every day. it is also now very very soft and lifeless. i cant feel anything, not even whem i pee. i cannot control my urine steam, it is always very weak, and i pee almost immediatly after drinking water, this never happened before. when i squeeze it my fingers almost touch, and i feel nothing.the loss of feeling also went far to the space between my penis and anus, my balls are cold and i cant feel them, and i also cant feel the muscles i use to squeeze out poop. this is getting worst everytime i masturbate. i have no pleasure in masturbating although i have no problem getting erections. but the erections are without feeling and not close to as strong as before. i can. is it to late for me or can i be helped. this is not erectile disfunction, i get erections dailt, but weak ones. i think it miggt be nerve damage or tissue or muscular damage that has spread to my bladder and anus or rectum muscles. olease help
