What Causes Penile Pain And Burning Sensation After Urination?

I am having penis pains when it gets hard but sometimes when i move it in a certain way the goes away but as soon as i move it another way it starts to hurt again and i have a slight burning sensation at the hole directly after urination. I am 18 and havent had sex since june if that matters at all

Hello,

Possible causes like stone diseases and urinary tract infection must be ruled out. You have to do base line investigations including urine routine and an ultrasound scan.
