What Causes Penile Soreness And Itching?

Hello. I was hoping you might able to orient me as what my condition may be. About a week ago I started noticing a combination of soreness and itch along a large length of my urethra. No discharge at any time, nor pain, or burning. I have more recently also began noticing these symptoms combined with itch at the anus. I am a 32 year old male in good health, regular exercise (2-3 times a week), balanced diet, possibly not drinking enough water. I am not taking nor have I recently taken any medication. I supplement daily with a multivitamin complex, calcium, vitamin D3 and magnesium, along with L-Glutamine and creatine monohydrate for my weight training supplementation. I have not engaged in sex for quite an extended period of time.
