Hello,

Yes, it could be due to anxiety but first I need to do simpler things like improve your eating habits, do regular strengthening exercises and take your daily vitamin supplements of D,E and C. Wear loosely fitted under garments.

If all these measures fail then I suggest you to visit your doctor and have some tests to see if your hormones are okay and how is your sperm count.
