What Causes Penis Pain And Blood While Urinating?
Yesterday I had a sharp pain in my penis when trying to pee, like I was being cut by something; bleeding afterwards. Today the pain is mostly gone, but still feels like there in something in the tip of my penis when I pee. Some minor diluted blood after I finish peeing, but not as much as the day before.

Based on the history you have shared, it can be due to any impacted stone or concretion coming from renal calculi and may resolve on its own but if persists, urinalysis as well as ultrasound KUB may be needed. Keep good water intake and use citrosoda sachet for relief.
