What Causes Penis Pain Despite A Normal STD Report?

Hello, My name is Edward I have been tested for everything as far as STD s and all is negative. But I still have a problem sense 1/25/18. Pain in the end of penis, had a lot of redness just below the head of penis that was very glossy looking with a couple of small areas that look like the thin layer of skin was off. (no pain here at all) Then the redness went away and still pain in urinary track as of 3/20/18. On 3/23/18 a small like white top pimple on the foreskin appeared, a few days later it opened and was red and with liquid on it. This is still and issue and it looks as if it will not heal, but it is not any larger than before. I have seen doctors and one said I had a fungal infection, the other got upset because nothing was showing at that time but I said your appointment was not my choice, I would have came in that day but it was not possible for you this was before the small pimple. Anyway I am not here to trash doctors I just need help and don t know which way to go. Is it possible that I have Mycoplasma Genitalium or Trichomoniasis. I understand that this would be difficult for you to diagnosis but I am looking for suggestion of what to do next. 3 months is a long time not knowing what is wrong. Thank you, Edward
