hi doctor,my name is raju i am of 25yrs old i hav an habit of hasta prayog. i do it twice a day even mre in some days.i m doing this from last 8 years...but from 20 days when I did masturbate then my skin on my penis is scratched and Little bit paining...my pnis ialso nt gettng hard smetimes.............plz tell me what should I do and give me any precautions.
The penis might be due to rough masturbation and more frequency. I suggest you restrict masturbation for 2-3 times a week rather than two to three times in a day.
The sexual arousal is not always constant and sometimes more foreplay needed to get penis erected.
With reducing in masturbation frequency, the pain usually subsides by its own considering it due to more friction. If the pain still continue consult Urologist for examination to rule out balanitis.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
