Hello,

You are suffering from penis shaft shrinkage. Do not get depressed. It is nice to know that you want to be in a relationship. Being in relationship is better than getting anxious about your penis size. Smoking may lead to penis shrinkage, quit smoking. You can join a detox center to help you successfully stop smoking. Your withdrawal symptoms will be taken care of to keep you comfortable.

Chemicals found in cigarette smoke injure the blood vessels of the penis as well thus the penis may not expand during erection as much as it should. Stay away from alcohol as it may affect erectile dysfunction in a negative way. Side effects of certain medications can also cause shrinkage, check on medicines you have been taking. If not required do not take it.

Maintain healthy weight, obesity may cause fat deposition in the penis shaft and thus shrinkage. If enlarged prostrate then get it treated at the earliest. Stay active, do swimming, cycling, running, walking, jogging, etc. Take nutrient rich diet, diet rich in omega 3 fatty acid, green veggies, home made food rich in vitamin D, E, C, etc. You can also take supplements.

To reduce performance anxiety that most suffer from, you are suggested to connect with a Urologist or a Physical therapist. You may need therapies for ED, PE, hormone therapy, acoustic wave therapy, certain exercises & techniques that will help you to improve the strength and time of erection when you are intimacy with your partner.

Focus on foreplay and help her get orgasms before penetrative sex. Using vaginal lubricants will be helpful. Get clinically evaluated by a GP or urologist, you may be recommended surgery if other treatments do not work well.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
