my penis has been having issues since 18 I have had it be super flacid bending upwards as well as practically curling into itself and one time it went into my balls sack as well as just recently the width was like twig sized shaft head everything shrunk my vein was bigger the rest of my penis practically it wasent discolored bruised bleeding I m not sure of what to do what happend I just need your help please! what do I do
