What Causes Penis Swelling And Injury Afters Sex?

Hi,,I had a problem with my penis after having sex with my patner,this is first time for both of us.my problem is my foreskin went back slightly but attached part was not cut down from penis head and under pennis skin was swallon and it looks like baloon shape and it hurting when it touches to any cloth it lasts for 2days like this,,now skin came front now it s look normal but it is paining I am not able to touch my penis.please suggest what I have to do.

Hello,

It could be due to friction burns.
You can apply topical antibiotics like Mupirocin after cleaning with soap and water.You can take analgesics like paracetamol or Ibuprofen for pain.
