What Causes Penis Tingling With Discomfort?

hi I have been having penis tingling for about a week now it doesn t burn when I urinate and there is no discharge it just feels very uncomfortable I went to a clinic two days after the sexual encounter via penis to vagina unprotected my results came back today and everthing was negative im just wondering if two days after is to early to detect anything and should I go for a second opinion cause I still feel the discomfort

From your complaint it seems to be a case of urinary tract infection (? urethritis). Go for urine r/e & c/s. You can go for second opinion with these reports.
