What Causes Penis To Be Inverted And Suggest Treatment?

I belive my husband has a inverted penis it has been gowning inward for the last 8 months and hurst him whem it happens, he is not over weight well maybe 15 pounds but that is just in the last 6 months, why is this happening nad waht does he so to fix it?
