What Causes Penis To Be Softer And Shorter?

22 male from pakistan. 59 kg weight.

i want to ask that i am facing a problem in erection. my penis in normar state is about 1.5 inch which was used to be 2.5-3 inches but now it is just 1.5 inch and very soft. during erection it is better and becomes 5 inches and a bit harder. i want to ask why it has become soft and shorter in normal state?

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have noticed your penis to be soft in flaccid state.

Please note that length and softness of the penis in flaccid state has no significance at all.
It is hardness of penis on erection that is important for sexual satisfaction of both the partners.The length of penis of 5 inches on erection is enough to have enjoyable sex.
