Im 24...i have my penis that super small. when it get erected it could 3 cm. and when im try to have sex, it not hard enough to penetrate the vaginal, if it is hard for awhile, after a couple mns it looses inside the vigina, do you why. and i rarely have sexual desire even when i see my girlfriend naked

Your condition can be explained by psychiatric manifestations of loss of libido and inability to maintain erections. It can also be due to diabetes mellitus or any vascular disorder.
I would advice you to consult a sexologist and get yourself evaluated. many times couples therapy helps in this process.
Medications like sildenafil citrate can be used but only under doctors guidance as they can alter your blood pressure.
