What Causes Periodic Loss Of Feeling And Pins And Needles On The Right Side Of My Body, Including My Leg, Foot, Hand, And Face?

About once a week i lose feeling in my right leg and for a couple of seconds have to wait until it recovers. No pain at all but just a strange feeling. At the same time I get pins and needles in my foot and right hand. Yesterday it happened and I had pins and needles on my face. This was all on my right side. It only happens about once a week and at different times.
