What Causes Periods Like Feeling Again?

i was wondering what could be going on...i usually have my period every 30 days...and lasts for 5-7 days...last month i was 5 days early and lasted 4 days...it ended last monday night...this morning i woke up cramping real bad like im getting ready to start again...
