Hi,
If you had a D and C procedure five months ago, your menstrual cycle may be still irregular. However, if you experience bleeding only during urination, it may indicate an issue with your urinary tract rather than your reproductive system.
The most common cause of bleeding during urination is a
urinary tract infection (UTI). UTIs can cause inflammation and irritation of
the urinary tract, which may lead to bleeding. Other symptoms of a UTI include
frequent urination, pain or burning during urination, and cloudy or strong-smelling urine.
However, it is also possible that the bleeding during urination is related to a gynecological issue such as cervical or
vaginal irritation or an infection. Your healthcare provider may perform a physical examination and run some tests to determine the cause of the bleeding. Treatment may include antibiotics for a UTI, anti-inflammatory medication for inflammation or irritation, or further evaluation for a gynecological issue.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
