What Causes Periods To Occur Within Short Time?

Hi my name is shareta. I received my period twice in march the beg. and the end 30th. April i didnt receive a period at all but i thought that was due to a period changing.its been 30 days and I havent had one yet. And now lately for the last 2weeks i've been having the runs. Its like every 10mins i have to use the restroom. and now my breast are kind of sore.
