What Causes Periods Twice In A Month?

i am a 23 years old female. i having period for 7days then it stopped for 2days. after that, some spotted appear for 4 days and now the menses is heavy back like my first day period. but i just finish the period some days before. why is it so early for the next cycle. i am very confused. what problem is it?
