What Causes Periods Twice In A Month?

I am 26 mother to one child delivered by c section (non emergency)
5'6 190 clean medical history
These last 2 months my periods have been off, test confirm non pregnancy, most recnetly I eneded my period about a week ago and it lasted for 2 weeks and today I started bleeding again
