What Causes Periods Twice In A Month?

I experienced now twice this month menstruation, first at 2 to 6 of June, and next yesterday 22 and I do not know how it last.. I had a thyroid for almost 2 years from now and I'm taking medication but this is the first time that I had a twice menstruation for a month.. Do I need to see a my En doctrine doctor?
