What Causes Periods With Heavy Clots And Bouts Of Nausea?

Hello. Im not 100 percent sure if I have pcos bu my doctor said its a good chance. Hy hubby and I have been trying to concieve for 10 years. 2 years ago I got pregnant twice both ending in miscarriage with the aid of fertility meds. Recently I have come off fertility to give my body a rest and to just relax for once! Here is my story. For the past 8 months I have been getting my period on time give or take a few days. This alone is very abnormal for me because I have always had irregular cycles and very painful. March 8th was my previous cycle with all the discomfort and everything. A few weeks later I started feeling nauseous alot with no throwing up though. I didnt have a pregnancy test on hand only an ovulation test. I looked online and read that it can be possible for a woman to be pregnant and it show up on an ovulation test but it may not be accurate. I took it and it showed 2 lines right off! This alone is a miracle because the doctor told me that most likely i dont ovulate! I dont know if the line showed up because of ovulation or pregnancy. So a few weeks later I took a total of 4 pregnancy tests all which show negative! These were taken about a week or 2 after period was due. I waited and it took 60 days for me to start my period with alot of brown red and pink blood but the odd thing is NO PAIN came with it which is a 1st ever in all my cycle years!!! Im just not sure if it is a period because of it being painless in the beginig and it over 2 weeks now and Im still bleeding. Here in the last few days I have been feeling crampy achy like a period but not horrible, I have alot of little clots they all change in red pink and brown and I have bouts of nausea, my breast only here and there get small aches in them, 1 severe leg cramp, hot in the face and tired. lightheadedness, leg pain at nights, and within the last few days my whole mouth is sensitive to cold water and about makes me wanna scream but i did have some cavities filled a few weeks back but not in my whole mouth!

I just dont know what to think because its all so weird and out of the norm for me but the pregnancy tests came out negative 2 weeks after a missed period so i was wondering if they could have been wrong or something or if it could be something else? Any advice would be great thanks so much!
