What Causes Perioral Dermatitis After Taking Microgestin?

Hi I ve been taking microgestin 1/20 Fe for four months since then I ve developed perioral dermatits and now we are trying to threat a rash on my stomach. As of now my dr. Thinks it s fungal. Can this be related to the start of switching birth control?

I really appreciate your concern, ideally in case of allergic condition all the medicines need to stopped if ever running, and allergic condition need to be managed with antihistamine, some time condition could be self limiting, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
