What Causes Persistant Itching From Vaginal To Anus?

Hi I had shingles about a month ago in my vaginal area. Now I am burning and itching from top of vagina down to anus. I went to Dr. and they told me i do not have UTI or Yeast infection. It has been a week of persistant itching...what is wrong with me.
