What Causes Persistent UTI Despite Taking Norflox And Urispas?

Sir i am 39 years old ,last one year i am suffering from urinary tact infection and i my doctor advised me to take urepas,norflox400 but it does t not work . Then i visited urologist he suggested me to do USG & URINE CULTURE THE URINE CULTURE REPORT was normal and my usg report says that 90 mm post void urine and after seeing my report doctor suggested dynapress.04 mg for 10 days then for 1 months and now he suggested for 2 months , but there is much improvement, kindly suggest

second opinion on urine culture and sensitivity may be done. it may be ecol i infection which is chronic and resistant to treatment. recurrence is common.drink more water take alcasol syrup three times daily. can take nitrofuradentintwice daily. it will result in yellow colored urination.if voiding is poor then reason on retention is to be detected. it can encourage urinary tract infection. the reason of retention should be detected and cleared. urologist have rightly prescribed dynepress. you can take that along with other treatment. repeat culture and sensitivity after one month.
