What Causes Persistent Abdominal Discomfort After Pregnancy Termination?

Gud morning doc. i had abortion done like 3 yrs now, i am still feeling as if i have a wound inside the left side of my stomach and it hots me so much.i have gone to lab, they said its ulcer, i have been taking medication on it ,yet no positive ansa. Does abortion cause ulcer . The hotness is consistent. Pls wat cud be wrong wit me.
