Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Can you please few more details? Is there any pain or burning sensation in the epigastium / upper abdomen? Any nausea / vomiting? Are you constipated- is the motion too tight or infrequent? Your complaints may be caused by acidity or constipation. After confirming diagnosis, for acidity I used to give drugs like pantoprazol and antacid syrup like glucil after and laxatives like bisacodyl / lactulose for constipation. your doctor will guide you. Meanwhile, avoid spicy items and non veg for 1 week, take lot of fruits and veges, and drink plenty of water.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam TK, Pediatrician
