Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query your boy have symptoms of persistent abdominal pain and vomiting. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like gastroenteritis, food poisoning, constipation , infection of the urinary tract, crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, irritable bowel syndrome or due to improper digestion of food. Need not to worry. Avoid intake of outside food. I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination. Doctor may order ultrasound , CT scan , stool test and endoscopy. Doctor may prescribe omeprazole , ornidazole , laxative along with analgesic. For now eat light and no spicy , drink plenty of water , take some probiotic food like yogurt or add more fruits and vegetables to your diet.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
