What Causes Persistent Abdominal Pain During Evenings?
I ve been having stomach pain during the evenings and it s starting to surface during the waking hours, as well. I was last scoped (both upper and lower) back in 2007, with no negative findings. Should I undergo these procedures again? I m 61 y/0. Thank you.
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have persistent abdominal pain during evenings. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like acid reflux due to hot peppers, chocolate, citrus fruits, onions, tomatoes or greasy food , irritable bowel syndromepeptic ulcer . I would suggest you to eat light and non spicy specially at night , take light walk after every meal and take antacid after every meal . If condition doesn't get well then consult gastroenterologist for proper examination . Doctor may ultrasound , endoscopy or stool test . Doctor may prescribe omeprazole , ranitidine along with analgesic .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
