What Causes Persistent Abdominal Pain In A Child?

I have a nine yr ok daughter that has been through alot over the last couple yrs. She complains of a belly ache almost every morning and is now saying she is getting dizzy when she stands up could this be stress related? Is there something missing from her diet? Thank you for your time

this can be completly normal in childreb now a days as they need attention and sm times want to skip school....just to be sure get an abdominal ultrasound done and if that is clear you can stop worrying it can also be stress related
...also for her dizzines make sure she takes healthy and balanced diet containing veges and milk and yougart she wil be fine nthng to wory abt
