Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to gastritis. For such condition taking proton pump inhibitor therapy will be helpful. I would suggest taking proton pump inhibitors like esomeprazole for 4 weeks in such case. Avoid spicy, fatty and junk foods. Carbonated drinks, alcohol and excess coffee should be avoided. If there is no improvement then ultrasound examination can be done to rule out gall bladder problems. A consultation with gastroenterologist is well appreciated in such case.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
