What Causes Persistent Abdominal Pain?

iv had stomach problems my hole life,, it is an aching in my mid section that comes and goes off and on it could last days could lasts months ,, could be gone for years at a time then just pops up,, its like a cramping nothing sets it of, or takes it away like it has a mind of its own, frustrated.
