What Causes Persistent Acid Reflux Despite Taking Omeprazole While Treating GERD?
How do I get rid of persistent Reflux. Got it this afternoon and drank a glass of milk.Then later took a Omeprazole 20mg tablet as I have had Gerd problems. Then tonight I took a PepcidAC. Still having problems which are hampering my getting some sleep. I do have pillows propped up for 45 degree angle. Blood Pressure is 161/76. Any suggestions? Also what is cost of this advise over internet? Janice

Possibly a hiatal hernia. You should have a esophago-gastro-duodenoscopy ('gastroscopy') to see if you have a hiatal hernia or stomach/duodenal ulcer.
