What Causes Persistent Acne And Pustules In The Face Area?

i am suffering from acne like white heads,pastules,sometime big in size mostly around nose( inside also),under lips and cheeks since when i was 13 years old . now i am 45 yerrs old but facing the same problem. lots of treatment taken like parsol cream ,retino ac gel, orally doxy .now iam also seeing darkness in my forehead and below eyes.i have oily skin. i am veg and have nobad food habit. pl. heip me and tell about complete treatment.

hi..i have been through ur query carefully n understand ur concern.acne is usullay a problem of teen age but can occur in any age.ur history suggests that u have used all the topical measures n it doesn't work for u.
i suggest my patient who are resistant to topical therapy following measures.
use tab isotretenoin 20mg in bd dose for almost 3 months.
use face wash with salicylic acid ingredient.
use sun block with spf100 protection n with sebum control.
take plenty of fluids.eat fresh fruits and vegetables.take good sleep.
